netjawaPrivacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use netjawa and how we keep that data protected. We collect personal information — your email, phone number, identity documents, and payment details — only as needed to verify your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and support your requests. All data is encrypted during transit and encrypted or anonymized at rest. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share your activity history with marketing firms.
Our privacy approach is straightforward. We retain your data as long as your account is active. Once you close your account or request deletion, we erase personal information within a documented timeframe. Your payment details (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account numbers) are never stored on netjawa servers — they are passed securely to our payment processors and deleted immediately after transaction completion.
We operate across Indonesia from Jakarta to Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan. Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, but your data is subject to Indonesian privacy standards and our own data-protection commitments. This policy applies to all netjawa users regardless of location.
What Data We Collect on netjawa
Account registration and identity verification
When you register a netjawa account, we collect your email address, password, full name, date of birth, and phone number. We require this information to create your login and maintain account access. During verification, we ask for government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or equivalent) and proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, or bank statement dated within the past three months). We collect this once — you do not repeat verification for routine transactions.
We use your identity documents to confirm you are who you claim to be and to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. These documents are stored encrypted on secured servers and are never shared with third parties except where Indonesian law requires disclosure to financial authorities.
Payment and transaction data
When you deposit funds, we receive your payment method details — your DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet identifier, or bank account information. We do not store these details on netjawa servers. Instead, we pass them securely to our payment processors (third-party payment gateways). Once the transaction completes, the payment details are deleted from our logs.
We do retain transaction records — the date, time, amount, and payment method type (e.g., "mobile banking transfer" or "local payment bank transfer") — so you can see your deposit and withdrawal history. These records are encrypted and linked only to your account ID, not to your payment details.
Activity and gaming data
We record your activity on netjawa — which Liga 1 markets you access, which live-dealer tables you join, which slot games you play. We timestamp each action so we can reconstruct your account history if needed for dispute resolution or fraud investigation. This activity data is linked to your account and is never shared with marketers or third parties.
We do not record video of you or your device. We do not access your camera or microphone. We do not track your location beyond the IP address range your internet provider assigns. When you use netjawa, your activity on our platform is logged, but your offline activity is not tracked.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to maintain your login session and to remember your preferences (language, theme). These are functional cookies — they make the platform work. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies that track you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some netjawa features may not work if you do.
We do not embed third-party trackers on netjawa pages. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools. Our analytics are internal — we measure how many people visit the platform and which features they use, but we do not profile individual users for advertising purposes.
Our Privacy Commitments on netjawa
Data retention and deletion
We retain your account data — identity documents, transaction history, activity logs — as long as your account is active. If you request account closure, we retain minimal data (your name, email, account number, final balance) for seven years to comply with Indonesian financial record-keeping laws. After seven years, all personal data is permanently deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
You can request data deletion earlier by contacting our support team. We will delete your data within 30 days unless legal or regulatory requirements demand we retain it. In either case, we will confirm deletion in writing.
Third-party processors and data sharing
We share data with third parties only where necessary. Our payment processors (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, bank partners, local payment operators) receive your payment method details during transactions — this is unavoidable. Our email service provider receives your email address to send account notifications. Our support platform records your support tickets. All processors are contractually bound to protect your data and to use it only for their contracted purpose.
We do not share your activity history, betting selections, or game preferences with marketers, data brokers, or advertisers. We do not sell your email address or contact information. We disclose account data to law enforcement or financial regulators only when presented with a valid legal order.
Data security practices
We encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.2+ protocol. When you log in or submit payment details, the connection is encrypted end-to-end. We encrypt sensitive data at rest — identity documents, transaction records, and account credentials are stored encrypted on our servers. We do not store passwords in plaintext; we hash passwords using industry-standard algorithms.
Our servers are protected by firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular security audits. We maintain backups of account data for disaster recovery. Access to your data is restricted to authorized netjawa employees who need it to serve you — support staff, fraud investigators, technical staff. All staff sign confidentiality agreements.
Your rights on netjawa
You have the right to access your data. You can download your activity history, view your identity documents we hold, and see your transaction records. You have the right to correct inaccurate information — if your name is misspelled or your email is wrong, contact us and we will update it. You have the right to delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
You have the right to restrict how we use your data. For example, you can opt out of email notifications while keeping your account active. You have the right to data portability — we can export your activity history in a machine-readable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team in English or Indonesian.
Your data is yours. We hold it in trust, protect it under encryption, and delete it when you ask or when you no longer need the account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or in law. If we make material changes — for example, if we begin sharing data with new processors — we will email you and post a notice on netjawa. You have the right to review changes and to close your account if you disagree. Continued use of netjawa after policy changes means you accept the new terms.
Contact us about privacy
If you have questions about how we handle your data, how to access your information, or how to request deletion, contact our support team via live chat or email. We respond in English and Indonesian during standard business hours. For privacy complaints or data-protection concerns, you can contact us directly or escalate to Indonesian data-protection authorities if available in your jurisdiction.
This privacy policy is effective from the date netjawa launches. We review it annually and update it as needed to reflect our current practices and legal requirements.
